You can upload 1 photo per magnet. For example, if you choose a 5-magnet pack, upload 5 photos. If you choose a 15-magnet pack, upload 15 photos.

Yes. Each magnet can feature a different photo, so you can create a personalised set using family photos, pet photos, holiday pictures, artwork or special memories.

A small amount of cropping may be needed to fit the square 2×2 inch shape. We always position your photo carefully to keep important details like faces centred where possible.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs or local postal delays.

Yes. We currently ship to the UK, Europe and selected international destinations. UK delivery is £3.50, with free UK shipping on orders of £14.99 or more. Europe tracked shipping is £12.50 and Rest of World tracked shipping is £16.50.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, handling fees or local charges applied by your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless clearly stated at checkout.

When placing an order, you may see an optional consent checkbox asking whether you are happy for us to use your uploaded images, finished magnets or order photos for things like social media, website content or marketing. You do not have to tick this box to place an order. If you do not give permission, your images will only be used to make and manage your order. You can contact us if you later change your mind.

Yes. You can upload artwork, illustrations, pet portraits, children’s drawings or other suitable images, as long as you own the rights or have permission to use them.

Because each order is personalised and made using your uploaded images, we do not usually accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help.
