At Photo Magnet UK, all products are made to order using your uploaded photos. Because our magnets are personalised, our returns and cancellation policy is slightly different from standard retail items.

1. Personalised products

All of our photo magnets are custom-made using the images you upload.

Because of this:

Orders cannot usually be cancelled once they have been placed.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

We do not offer refunds if you decide you no longer want the item.

This is because personalised products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

2. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

We want you to be happy with your order. If your magnets arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

Your order arrives damaged.

There is a printing defect or quality issue.

You receive the wrong item.

When contacting us, please include:

Your order number.

A clear description of the issue.

Clear photos showing the problem.

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

A free replacement.

A full refund.

A partial refund, depending on the issue.

3. Image quality and customer responsibility

The quality of the finished magnets depends on the images you upload.

By placing an order, you agree that:

You are responsible for choosing and uploading suitable images.

Blurry, low-resolution, dark, heavily cropped, or poor-quality images may affect the final result.

We are not responsible for quality issues caused by poor image uploads.

If we notice an image may produce a poor result, we may try to contact you before printing, but this is not guaranteed.

Please check your images carefully before placing your order.

4. Order changes and cancellations

Because orders are made to order and may be processed quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within a short time after ordering.

Once production has started, your order cannot usually be changed or cancelled.

We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed.

5. International orders

For orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, handling fees, local taxes, or other charges applied by their country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless clearly stated at checkout.

If an international order is returned to us because customs charges were not paid, delivery was refused, or the parcel could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return costs from any refund due.

Personalised items remain non-returnable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Returns of non-personalised items

If we offer non-personalised products in the future, these may be eligible for return under standard conditions.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Do not return any product without contacting us first.

7. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

It will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing time is typically 5–10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
