Do I need to upload my photos before ordering?
Yes. Choose your quantity, upload your photos on the product page, then add your order to cart. Please upload the same number of photos as the number of magnets you choose.
What size are the magnets?
Each magnet is 2×2 inches — a perfect size for fridges, magnetic boards and everyday display.
What are the magnets made from?
Each magnet is carefully pressed and sealed with a clear protective Mylar-style film. This gives your photos a glossy, vibrant finish while helping protect them from scratches, moisture and everyday use.
How many photos can I upload?
You can upload 1 photo per magnet. For example, if you choose a 5-magnet pack, upload 5 photos. If you choose a 15-magnet pack, upload 15 photos.
Can I use different photos for each magnet?
Yes. Each magnet can feature a different photo, so you can create a personalised set using family photos, pet photos, holiday pictures, artwork or special memories.
What if my photo is cropped?
A small amount of cropping may be needed to fit the square 2×2 inch shape. We always position your photo carefully to keep important details like faces centred where possible.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs or local postal delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the UK, Europe and selected international destinations. UK delivery is £3.50, with free UK shipping on orders of £14.99 or more. Europe tracked shipping is £12.50 and Rest of World tracked shipping is £16.50.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, handling fees or local charges applied by your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless clearly stated at checkout.
Will you use my photos on social media?
Only if you give us permission. When placing an order, you may see an optional consent checkbox asking whether you are happy for us to use your uploaded images, finished magnets or order photos for things like social media, website content or marketing. You do not have to tick this box to place an order. If you do not give permission, your images will only be used to make and manage your order. You can contact us if you later change your mind.
Do the magnets make good gifts?
Absolutely. They make thoughtful personalised gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, baby photos, pet photos, artwork, family memories and special occasions.
Can I order magnets using artwork instead of photos?
Yes. You can upload artwork, illustrations, pet portraits, children’s drawings or other suitable images, as long as you own the rights or have permission to use them.
Can I return personalised photo magnets?
Because each order is personalised and made using your uploaded images, we do not usually accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help.
What if I’m not happy with my magnets?
If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We want you to love your magnets and will always try to help where something has gone wrong.
