At Photo Magnet UK, every order is made to order using your uploaded photos. Because our products are personalised, production and dispatch may take a little longer than standard off-the-shelf items.
1. Order processing time
We aim to process, print, and prepare your order within 2–4 business days of receiving your order confirmation and cleared payment.
Please note:
Orders are only processed once payment has been received in full.
Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, holidays, or peak seasons.
If there is an issue with your uploaded images or order details, production may be delayed while we contact you.
2. Delivery methods
We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom, Europe, and selected international destinations.
Shipping options are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
United Kingdom
UK orders are shipped using:
Royal Mail Tracked 48
This service typically delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch and includes tracking and delivery confirmation.
Europe
European orders are shipped using:
Royal Mail International Tracked — Europe
Estimated delivery time is usually 5–8 business days after dispatch, although this may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Rest of World
Rest of World orders are shipped using:

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–10 business days after dispatch, although this may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Royal Mail may require customs declarations for goods sent outside the UK, and international customers may be charged duties, import taxes or local fees when receiving their order.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Current shipping rates are:
United Kingdom: £3.50
Free UK shipping: orders of £14.99 or more
Europe: £12.50 tracked shipping
Rest of World: £16.50 tracked shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout where applicable.
4. International customs, duties and taxes
For orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, handling fees, local taxes, or other charges applied by their country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless clearly stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, unpaid customs charges, or local import procedures. Shopify also notes that international customers may be charged duties and import taxes when they receive their shipment if these are not collected at checkout.
5. Dispatch confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Tracking details will be included where available so you can follow your delivery.
6. Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid customs charge, or refusal to accept delivery, we may ask you to cover the cost of re-delivery.
7. Delivery delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Customs checks
Local postal delays
Other circumstances outside our control
We are not liable for delays once your order has been dispatched, but we will always do our best to assist if any issues arise.
8. Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with:

A description of the issue
Photos where applicable
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Personalised items
All products are made to order using your uploaded images.
Because of this:
Orders cannot usually be changed once production has started.
Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Please ensure all uploaded images are correct before placing your order.
